Refunds

You will need to enable IA refunds tracking integrtion for these metrics.

Refund rate – ratio of refunded transactions to the total number of transactions (Refunded transactions / Total transactions).

Refunded gross – total gross of refunded transactions within a given period.

Refunded transactions – total number of refunded transactions made within a given period.
